of some health issues with the Alaskan Klee Kai breed, that you should
know and ask questions about when searching for a puppy or dog of your
own, many of which are genetic. (this is not an all inclusive list)
- Retained Baby Teeth

Remember that this breed is very young

while breeders do breed for the betterment of the breed,
some health issues have arised, that
you should be aware of.
Having outstanding breeding practices and open
conversation about the health concerns of new owners is a top priority
for Kona's Kennelette. We take air and water quality very seriously in
our home, and are proud to live in a smoke-free environment.
